This is a piece of translation done by a translator who is approved by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The sworn translator’s signature and stamp give the document official status.

This step may only be necessary if the translation is from Spanish to another language. In any case, the party requesting the translation is responsible for stating whether or not the sworn translator’s signature requires authentication.

Not only stamps are translated, but also seals, annotations, etc. The purpose of a sworn translation is to bear witness that it is a faithful translation of the original document, and the translator attests that the annotations, dates or stamps that he/she has included appear in the document that he/she has translated.

All kinds of translation and interpreting, to and from all languages. Technical, legal, commercial… you name it, we can cover it.

There are a number of ways: you can drop them into our office yourself, or send them by fax, mail or email.

We usually send translations by email. For sworn translations, you can pick them up in person, or we can send them by urgent mail or courier service to the address you give us.

Translators sometimes have to work with handwritten texts that are difficult to read, or they simply get something wrong. To prevent this from happening as far as possible, all translations are carefully checked before final delivery.

In spite of our best efforts, the client might find a mistake in the translation. At ITO we keep copies of all the work we do, so should this happen, we will rectify the problem immediately at no extra cost.

Our translators and interpreters are professionally qualified, have years of experience and work exclusively into their mother tongue. Many of them are sworn translators.

ITO is open all year round, Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 14:00 and 15:30 to 19:30, and Friday from 9:00 to 14:00.

We charge a minimum rate per project. We therefore recommend combining all necessary documents in a single commission, so that minimum rate is not charged individually.

Other than in exceptional circumstances, we do not usually make a surcharge for urgent deadlines. We are used to doing the impossible, and our clients bear witness to our speed and professionalism.

This type of work is done by official translators and interpreters approved by the authorities of the country concerned.
